Almost every company nowadays works Agile or is considering it. What does an Agile way of working or being Agile really mean? In essence, it means creating value, in close collaboration with the customer, and respond to a changing market and constantly changing customer wishes. Scrum is often the first step to reaching that goal. Benefits of working in an Agile manner include quick feedback, shorter time-to-market, lower costs and focused delivery of working and tested products. Who wouldn't like this for their teams?

Creating quality products is of course easily said, but how can we actually do it? It presents teams with major challenges. We cannot know everything in advance, requirements change and we keep learning during development. Building software involves research and development: discovering what works best in small steps, together with the customer.

Agile United certifications aim to provide Agile teams with solutions for success, with a focus on quality and testing in an Agile context. Our goal is that we get, both on a personal and team level, to embark on a journey towards better software and happier people.
